Sorry, but nothing beats Lincoln Park in the spring. 
I always love shooting at Lincoln Park + North Ave Beach, but the springtime is something magical. The trees are budding, the early spring florals are in bloom and there is a magic in the air with everyone coming out of their caves!
We got lucky for Kathleen and Andrew's engagement session; it was a beautiful day (save for some classic Chicago wind). These two are getting married in the winter, so it was so much fun to take photos that look totally different from what their wedding photos will look like! We started at LP and ended with a champagne pop at North Ave Beach!
I'm in love with how this session turned out! We made sure to incorporate some details that are specific to them as a couple, like Kathleen always walking with her hand on Andrew's shoulder! I just love these two so much!
