A summertime rooftop wedding is literally magic!
When Natalie and Travis said rooftop, they meant rooftop! Not only did their reception STUN their guests at the rooftop at Morgan's on Fulton, but they kept it going with rooftop photos at their church, Soul City Church!
Getting married on Lollapalooza weekend calls for a theme. These two are really into records and so they made their reception live in that space! The escort sign was handmade by Natalie with record covers and Thistle and Plume played it up with disco balls! On the tables, each guests' seat was marked with a ticket stub that served as their entree order as well! It was so thought out and executed beautifully!
Travis was actually a groomsman in one of my 2022 weddings (Hi Janae and Sam!) and so when it came time for him and Natalie to plan their wedding, they called me up! It was so cool to see one of my former couples in the wedding party this time! It's always the biggest compliment and honor to me when I get to photograph friends in the same friend group!
