"hey lauryn, what if we used our engagement session to elope?"
Courtney + Evan eloped! We had their engagement session scheduled for this October before their September 2025 wedding. When Courtney emailed me during the planning of their session, she asked me my thoughts on turning the engagement session into an elopement celebration as they wanted to make their marriage official on their 2 year dating anniversary. Of course, I said "LETS DO IT!"
We met up at Cantigny where they made it official and then we styled their engagement session as a celebration! It was such a sweet and intimate evening captured before these two headed off to a nice steak dinner to celebrate just the two of them.
Their September wedding is going to be the best celebration of love and laughter; these two have the most infectious laughter together and I cannot wait!
