Cayla + Kyle brought it back to their roots for their engagement session!
Photographing engagement sessions at meaningful spots is always something I encourage, if doable! Cayla and Kyle met online and when she finally got sick of the techy back and forth, she asked Kyle to meet up with her at The Vig, a restaurant that was right near both of them. The rest is history!
These two are getting married next summer, but wanted to grab their engagement session in the conservatory to get some botanical vibes as Kyle actually proposed at the Chicago Botanical Gardens. We walked around the Lincoln Park Conservatory for some green shots (during a snow storm, mind you) before heading over the The Vig where it all started!
The Vig was kind enough to open their doors to us before they were open to the public and allowed these two to share some champagne and take photos where it all started! I'm really digging the vibes of engagement sessions in bars and restaurants!
I cannot wait for these two to tie the knot next August!
