Chrystina + Coleton's wedding day at Lakes at Lacey is about as close as you can get to a perfect wedding day! Despite the scorching temps outside, the vibes were impeccable inside the church during vows and even more-so during reception with touching speeches and killer dance moves!

I have to make a note about something different that was done at this wedding that I've never seen before and I freaking love it. Coleton's brother stood up to give his best man speech and during the speech, he mentioned that he had been doing something at ceremony that he had hoped nobody notice. He had purchased a special watch for the couple and while they were making it official with their first kiss as husband and wife, his brother stopped the watch. At the reception during his speech, he was explaining what he did and proceeded to hand the watch to the couple, still stopped at the very second that they shared their first kiss. I audibly gasped. He presented it as "the time that time stood still." I just think that is the coolest thing ever!

Everything about this day was just stunning and even though it came with many, many sweat droplets on the entire wedding party, this crew stuck with them and didn't even complain once about the heat! And look at the photos we took at Cantigny Park; you'd never know we were all dying of heat!
