intimate wedding on the chicago riverwalk

When I say "quintessential Chicago," this is it!
Megan & TJ were SO ready for their wedding day to arrive. They joined the club of couples who were unsure of how their day would go and how many people could be in attendance. Their wedding day came one day after Chicago opened the bridge phase, so they had to move forward with plans to keep the guest count just at 50 people.

Every couple who has done this "shaving" of guests hasn't regretted it! Instead, Megan and TJ had their closest friends and family join them for their ceremony at St. Josaphat before hosting a steak dinner at Chicago Cut right on the riverwalk. They had a private space all to themselves to eat the best food and get together!

We did all of their photos at Olive Park (FAVE!) and they got lucky to have an overcast day where the skyline was showing off!

I know that this day was full of twists and turns, including the trolley BARELY making it to the church (we made it on time!) but I just know these two can laugh and let go. They truly enjoyed their day and I'm honored I was the one to capture all the laughter!

Congratulations you two!
