I'm not sure what was anticipated more; the wedding or the gender reveal!
If you recognize these two, its probably because this is round 2 for Melanie and Mike! They had their intimate wedding ceremony last summer and pushed their big party to this year!
In between the two celebrations, they got pregnant! I received an email from Melanie letting me know and asking to do a pregnancy announcement photo session! They let family know on Mother's Day that they were expecting and even more so, the gender of the baby would be revealed at their wedding!
I'm telling you, weddings are a blast, watching everyone celebrate love. But add in a gender reveal and the vibe in the room was just exhilarating! Everyone was on pins and needles! They decided to utilize the uplighting at The Brix and the DJ played color roulette before finally landing on BLUE! ITS A BOY!
Jackson, Melanie and Mike's son, was very involved in the wedding day. He was in charge of the rings as well as had his very own first look with his momma. When it came time for the gender reveal, everyone knew Jackson was rooting for a boy. The LOOK ON THIS LITTLE BOYS FACE WHEN HE SAW BLUE. Instant tears seeing the happiness and joy!
I'm so so excited to share these images! It was such a fun day and I'm so happy these two finally got to celebrate the way they deserve!
