When your dog can't make it to your wedding day, you incorporate them as much as you can!

Vicky and Sean said 'I DO!' I was so excited to capture these two for their perfect fall wedding at The Haight in downtown Elgin. When we did their engagement session, they brought along their baby, Sammie, but she couldn't make it to the big day. These two put her face at every corner they could to make sure she was there in spirit!

I'm talking custom socks with Sammie's face, custom napkins with a drawing of her, favors for guests that included BBQ meat seasoning and the best of them all; a different picture of Sammie at every guest table! I was in heaven. I now have to convince Tim to do a vow renewal simply so I can have Benny's face everywhere bc, duh.

Vicky and Sean had the perfect fall day for their wedding, despite it being a bit chilly, they rallied and stuck it out with me to take full advantage of the fall colors along the Fox River.

This wedding was truly a blast to capture as their friends and family KILLED the dance floor! They opened it up with a boys v. girls Thunderstruck drinking game and it really set the pace for the party! I had the best time with these two!
