I think this might be thee most colorful wedding reception I've ever photographed!
WHEW! Where do I begin with Aubrey and Mike's wedding day? Walking into this wedding, I knew there was a strong chance of storms all day, off and on, but I also knew that Aubrey was the kind of bride that wouldn't let it affect her. Thank god for these two and their carefree attitude because....IT RAINED. No, it poured.
We were able to get portraits done in time before the skies opened up and dumped buckets, so the gardens were taken full advantage of! Mike and Aubrey's first look went right into their private vow reading and there wasn't a single dry eye! It was honestly the sweetest moment to capture.
When the rain came, we took a breather and pivoted to moving things indoors. Walden Florals repurposed their massive floral display for the ceremony into the tent and when I walked in, my jaw dropped! The amount of florals, colors and textures was amazing! My happy little camera self couldn't stop talking all the detail pics!
Looking at these photos, you would never even know that the weather was the way it was because these two were constantly smiling (in the most contagious way) and were truly just giddy to have gotten married and celebrate that with their closest people!
