A romantic ceremony in the middle of wildflowers? OK!
You may recognize these two on the beaches of Hawaii, but now they are back to the mainland and getting married!
Jordan and Matt had to push their big celebration to next year, but still wanted to legally become husband and wife on their original date in 2020. So they did just that!
Jordan's parents live in the woods of McHenry and down the road is a field of wildflowers with a little gazebo on a pond. It was the perfect setting for their vows along with their 10 guests. Their main man, Oscar, was the Best Dog and wore his title proudly! It was the most intimate ceremony with just their parents, siblings, best man and maid of honor! I'm truly loving these small moments because I feel like you are so present in them. It's such an amazing honor to get to capture these memories!
After we did photos in the wildflowers and riverfront of McHenry, we headed back to Jordan's parent's home in the woods and her mom put together the most gorgeous table for 12 underneath the stars and trees. As dusk came on, Jordan and Matt cut their cake and popped their champagne.
I'm so elated that I was a part of this day for them and even more ecstatic that I was able to make the photos for them. I'm in love with their day and I know they are just happy to finally be husband and wife.
Congratulations you two!
