Oh where do I begin with this epic day? I'll start by saying (I've said it before, but it's worth saying it again) I FREAKING LOVE when couples make their day unique and exactly what they want. These two brought just that. First, Katie & Matt are high school sweethearts, so their chemistry is off the chains! They truly oozed love all day long for each other and their family and friends surrounded them with that same love. The wedding was held at Kuipers Family Farm in Maple Park and I loved this space! It had an outdoor ceremony space, large barn reception area and orchard fields up the wazoo. Katie injected so much color into this day and I was living for it! The soft touches of pink and heavy florals everywhere were a photog's dream! During the ceremony, instead of a unity candle, they had a tree! Their mother's each took soil from their own yards and planted said tree with the soil. Katie and Matt then together watered the bud as their unity ceremony! LOVE IT! When they moved onto reception, they served BREAK. FAST. OH MY GOSHHHHHH! YAS! It was to die for! That's french toast bake though! During their cake cutting, they had a little surprise up their sleeves for their best man and maid of honor. They acted like they were going to feed each other and then turned it around and smashed the cake into their wedding party's faces! HELL. YES! This whole day was so much fun to capture and I laughed right along with all of them! I hope you two enjoy your sneak peek and are enjoying Las Vegas!
